We get it. There are a lot of people out there with fantasy advice, and most if it is free or cheap—so why should you pay for an ETR subscription? Because nobody grinds like we do. Our team features world-class fantasy analysts, data scientists, and professional fantasy & DFS players that are simply unmatched. This is our life’s work, and for many of us, has been for approaching two decades.
At a high level, our job is to predict how every player in every game will perform so you can compete and win. Much of this is a hardcore “data” problem. For each game we’re adjusting target share projections, yards per route run, pace, and dozens of other metrics that together form the best player projections in the business.
But we understand that while data is important, it isn’t everything. This is a game played by humans. Coaching decisions, injuries, and many other more subjective factors are incorporated into our analysis.
Your time is valuable. You don’t have time to read, watch, and listen to everything. Plus, how do you distinguish between what’s worth paying attention to and what’s just noise? This is our job.
Consider us your personal coach for fantasy football—helping you maximize your time and leverage to win more leagues and take down more contests.
But let's be clear: this isn't for everyone. Fantasy football is a casual hobby for most people. The majority of players don't take fantasy all that seriously; they draft with little to no prep, set their lineup Sunday morning, and just hope for the best. If that’s you, that’s totally fine and we wish you good luck. There is a select segment of sickos willing to pay for the best fantasy football content… which is exactly why our subscribers tend to win.

This is a classic get-right spot for Dak Prescott at home, indoors versus Detroit’s pass-funnel defense. Knocked down 16 times and sacked on four occasions by the Dolphins last week, Prescott should experience a much more comfortable Saturday night pocket with LT Tyron Smith (back) tentatively due back versus a Lions defense that ranks 27th in pressure rate and allows the league’s fifth-most yards per pass attempt (7.6). … Leaky via the air but not on the ground, Detroit has stymied enemy backs for the NFL’s second-fewest fantasy points on 3.4 yards per carry. Still badly underwhelming in terms of big-play rate and scoring-position execution, Tony Pollard suddenly disappeared from the passing game with just four targets over the past two weeks. Rico Dowdle continues to hover in the 17-28% snap range. Pollard is a shaky-floor RB2/flex option whose box-score outlook is upped by this game’s shootout projection.
Dak-to-CeeDee Lamb is arguably the premier QB-to-WR stack on the entire Week 17 slate. Lamb enters Saturday night ranked third among NFL wide receivers in targets (151), first in catches (109), and second in receiving yards (1,424) with an additional 12/101/2 rushing. The Lions have allowed the league’s fifth-most fantasy WR points. … This is a gorgeous spot for Jake Ferguson as a home-favorite tight end on a team with a massive total. Ferguson has eight targets in four straight games. Only four defenses have given up more fantasy TE points than Detroit. … Brandin Cooks operated as Dallas’ clear No. 2 wideout in Week 16’s loss to Miami with Michael Gallup behind him and Jalen Tolbert fourth. Cooks is a sneaky-upside WR3/flex play in an ideal environment and draw. … Gallup and Tolbert are one-game DFS punts.
Score Prediction: Cowboys 35, Lions 27

Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles
The standout game of the late Sunday window has obvious powder keg potential, along with an underlying ability to blow up in our face. The last time these rivals met late last season, they produced a combined 141 snaps and 74 total points. Dak Prescott has averaged 293 yards and 3.7 touchdowns in his past three Eagles matchups. The Cowboys are throwing more than last year on a situation-neutral basis and are sixth in pass rate over expected. They are not, however, playing fast, and it’s shown up in the play volume. A 65% pass rate (sixth) is light-years beyond 2022’s 52% clip (25th). Yet, a situation-neutral pace that’s dropped from second fastest to ninth — along with falling from fifth to 25th in pace while up at least a touchdown — has turned Dallas from tempo pushers into occasional clock grinders. As field-goal road underdogs, however, we shouldn’t be overly worried about another wonky Cowboys game script conspiring to crush play volume.
A closer-than-expected contest in Washington had the Eagles throwing more on Sunday (66%) than before Week 8 (57%; 20th). They still weren’t moving nearly as fast as last year, turning in the 24th-quickest pace of the week after finishing first a season ago. Yet, with 131 combined snaps and 69 total points, an Eagles game again displayed its cathedral ceiling when the offense is unable to actively drain clock. Philadelphia’s contests now average the sixth-most combined snaps (128.5) and fifth-most total points (49.5) on the season. Like the Cowboys, they are top six in scoring on a per-snap basis, and both teams’ games rank top four in total explosive play rate over the last month. With a pair of talented offensive lines theoretically able to counter top-four-graded pass rushes, all this matchup needs is a back-and-forth script and some play volume to pop for fantasy.
Snaps & Pace
Christian McCaffrey ($9,300 DK, $10,300 FD) – Somewhat disappointing last week, fantasy’s best overall asset “only” put up a 16/145 rushing line and one catch for eight yards through the air on his way to a pedestrian 19.3 DK points. At CMC’s prices, you certainly need more than that, but he gets a strong “bounce-back” spot this weekend against a Cardinals team that he put up 51.7 DK points on in Week 4.
Kyren Williams ($7,500 DK, $9,600 FD) – Kyren Williams has perhaps been the surprise of the fantasy season, and he gets an incredible spot here against Washington. The Rams’ bellcow has arguably one of the best overall roles in football right now, and he hasn’t missed a beat since returning from injury in Week 12, earning an average of 24.6 total touches per game over those three weeks.
Ezekiel Elliott ($5,800 DK, $6,500 FD) – There are plenty of value options at RB this week, but they are no doubt highlighted by a couple of veterans in Zeke Elliott and Antonio Gibson. Coming off of 10 days rest, Zeke saw a massive workload in his first game without Rhamondre Stevenson, handling 91.2% of snaps while compiling an elite 29 total touches, including seven catches. The matchup with K.C. is a middling to bad one, but we will bank on this type of volume any day of the week.
Antonio Gibson ($5,200 DK, $5,600 FD) – Brian Robinson has been ruled out for Sunday’s game with the L.A. Rams, one that projects to be one of, if not the best fantasy environment of the weekend. This sets up rookie Chris Rodriguez and the still-talented but oft-frustrating Gibson as Washington’s two backs. We expect Gibson to be the primary lead back and to handle passing-game work, and he’s far too cheap to ignore on either site.
